Your base size when its comes to the wraps with the sizes S, M and L is determined by the size of your clothes you wear.

M= if your clothing size is Medium (equal to size 6)
L= if your clothing size is Large or above (equal to size 7)
the slings come in a beautiful craft paper box with wear & care instructions!
